One of the games in the review section is ‘Stealthfly‘. We’ve asked the developer, Roy Zheng, some more about it.

“StealthFly is a multi-player runner game that requires staying alive based on your keen perception of pitch to avoid obstacles*. It was created for and won the Project Possibility:SS12 USA Hackathon. Our experiences at SS12 lead us to realize that there was an overall lack of accessible, fun games in the mobile marketplace – not even an alternative to the simple endurance game Flappy Bird!

We decided to release StealthFly this summer as a first step to creating a new breed of accessible games that can be played and enjoyed equally by everyone. StealthFly is a simple game, initially created by three students and developed throughout the summer by one. We didn’t have the same kind of funding or resources that large game companies do, and developing the game had its challenges but finally after a summer of hard work it is available on iOS and Google Play for download.

Our favorite things to hear about the game? “It’s challenging!” StealthFly is a game of improvement, and the incrementally-increasing toughness is a tough opponent whether on single-player or multi-player. In the future, we plan to add news kinds of challenges including sound distractions and world ambiences to bring our players to a whole different level of gameplay.”
