Hi Onehand55

Have a look at VAC   http://www.dwvac.com/   it is a voice recognition program for gaming.

Also look at the JoyBox from Sensory Software  http://www.sensorysoftware.com/119.html
This allows you to plug in switches to perform the keyboard functions you want. Plug in a latching switch and no more need for the battery!

So tell us about how you play games with your disability and what tools or consoles you use? What went fine and what frustration did or do you overcome. That might help others..
Do it in short messages, send us an update every week? Or do I ask to much? Let me know...
